The tournament is organized by the Uzbekistan Tennis Federation under the auspices of the ITF.<\/p>\n<p>Several Uzbek tennis players successfully made it through the first round in the doubles draw and advanced to the second round of the tournament.<\/p>\n<p>Shakhzoda Artikbaeva from Uzbekistan and Odeta Panasa from Latvia defeated their opponents Daria Khomutskaya and Ksenia Ersh with a score of 6\u20133, 6\u20134.<\/p>\n<p>Nigina Alimova and Maftunabonu Kahramonova also advanced to the second round after their opponents withdrew from the match.<\/p>\n<p>Daria Shubina from Uzbekistan and Anastasia Krymkova from Kazakhstan played one of the most intense and spectacular matches of the day, defeating the Indian duo of Soha Sadik and Akanksha Nitture.<\/p>\n<p>After a confident 6\u20131 victory in the first set, the tennis players lost the second 6\u20137(5), and the fate of the match was decided in a tiebreak. Trailing 4\u20138, the Uzbek-Kazakh pair managed to make an impressive comeback and snatched victory with a score of [10\u20138].
