The Uzbekistan women\u2019s national team has advanced to the playoffs!<\/p>\n

In their Billie Jean King Cup group stage match (Group II, Asia\/Oceania) against Malaysia, the Uzbekistan team secured the victory by the end of the singles matches.<\/p>\n

Nigina Alimova defeated Malaysia\u2019s Daania Daniela Hazli 6\u20132, 6\u20130, while Sevil Yuldasheva beat Dhaviyena Saravanan 6\u20133, 6\u20133. Thus, the Uzbekistan national team clinched an early 2\u20130 victory in the series.<\/p>\n

The doubles match was temporarily suspended due to rain. At the time the match was suspended, Nigina Alimova and Sevil Yuldasheva were leading 7\u20135, 3\u20131.<\/p>\n
