Kamilla Rakhimova advances to the second round of the ATX Open tournament in the United States

Uzbekistan’s Kamilla Rakhimova got off to a successful start at the WTA 250 ATX Open tournament in Texas (USA).

In the first round match, the Uzbek tennis player won a confident victory over the sixth seed of the competition, Anna Bondar of Hungary, with a score of 6-3, 7-5.

Rakhimova demonstrated stable play, capitalized on key moments, and ended the match in two sets, confirming her high level of readiness. Kamilla Rakhimova will play Russian tennis player Oksana Selekhmeteva for a place in the quarterfinals.
