Saidaslam Farkhodov Continues His Participation in the Wimbledon U14j Tournament

Uzbekistan’s Saidaslam Farkhodov has completed the group stage of the Wimbledon 14&Under tournament, which is being held in the United Kingdom. In Group D, the Uzbek tennis player played three matches, winning two and losing one, and finished in second place.

During the group stage, Farkhodov defeated China’s Li Yanzhu 6–4, 2–6, 10–8, as well as British player Caleb Griffith 7–6(4), 6–2. The Uzbek suffered his only loss in a match against Swiss player Jonas Waelti, 2–6, 2–6.

According to the tournament rules, Saidislam will now continue his run in the Consolation Play-Off. In his next match, the Uzbek tennis player will face Oscar Laskowski of Great Britain.
