A working meeting was held today at the Tennis Federation of Uzbekistan

Today, the Uzbekistan Tennis Federation held a working meeting on the development of tennis in the country, chaired by B. Rakhimov, President of the Uzbekistan Tennis Federation.

The meeting took place in an open and principled format. The results of the work done were summarized, problem areas were identified, and constructive criticism was voiced on a number of issues. The Federation President personally raised questions and gave clear instructions on improving the effectiveness of the work.

Special emphasis was placed on the development of tennis in the regions – the need to create equal conditions for athletes across the country, strengthen local efforts, and develop infrastructure was underscored.

The quality of coaching was also discussed. The importance of improving the qualifications of specialists, introducing modern methods, and increasing accountability for the results of athlete training was noted.

Following the meeting, specific tasks were defined and oversight of their implementation was strengthened.

The Uzbekistan Tennis Federation continues its consistent efforts to develop tennis at all levels – from the regional to the international arena.
