International ITF World Tennis Tour Juniors J100 Tournament Held in Namangan

On August 11, Namangan hosted the prestigious junior tournament ITF World Tennis Tour Juniors J100 — a high-level competition for players under 18, organized under the system of the International Tennis Federation (ITF).

The tournament ran until August 16 and gathered participants from 13 countries, including Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Germany, the United Kingdom, Belarus, Russia, South Korea, Hong Kong, China, Poland, and India.

On August 15, the doubles events concluded:

  • Boys’ doubles winners: Siu Chi Nicholas Cheng (Hong Kong) and Viktor Jez (Poland), with a 6–4, 6–0 victory.

  • Girls’ doubles winners: Eva Korysheva (Kazakhstan) and Ha Eum Lee (South Korea), who triumphed 3–6, 6–3, [10–6].

In the singles competitions:

  • Boys’ singles champion: Siu Chi Nicholas Cheng (Hong Kong), who defeated Kazakhstan’s Arseniy Trebukhin 6–0, 6–3.

  • Girls’ singles champion: Ha Eum Lee (South Korea), who overcame Russia’s Alexandra Malova 6–3, 3–6, 6–4.
