Kamilla Rakhimova reached the quarterfinals of the doubles competition at the WTA 250 tournament in Romania.

Uzbek tennis player Kamila Rakhimova continues her successful participation in the WTA 250 tournament in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

In doubles, Kamila Rakhimova and Spanish tennis player Sara Sorribes Tormo advanced to the quarterfinals of the competition. In the second round match, the duo defeated the Chinese Taipei pair of Hsieh Su-wei and Yi-Ching Chang with a score of 6-4, 6-2.

In the quarterfinals, Rakhimova and Sorribes Tormo will face the pair of Kaya Juvan (Slovenia) and Maja Hvalinska (Poland).

WTA 250 tournaments are among the most prestigious competitions on the professional tour, attracting a strong international field and allowing athletes to earn important ranking points. Kamila Rakhimova’s performance at a tournament of this level confirms her stable presence at the highest level of women’s tennis worldwide.
