Sergey Fomin became the undisputed champion of the ITF M25 Qian Dao Hu tournament in China

The prestigious ITF World Tennis Tour M25 Qian Dao Hu tennis tournament has come to an end in the Chinese city of Qian Dao Hu, where Uzbekistan’s Sergey Fomin achieved an outstanding result, becoming the overall champion — winner in both singles and doubles.

Singles final

In the decisive singles match, Sergey Fomin (fourth seed) confidently defeated Belarusian tennis player Mikhail Khalyak with a score of 6:2, 6:1.
On his way to the title, the Uzbek athlete also defeated the tournament’s top seed, China’s San Fai Jin, 6:3, 2:6, 6:4, demonstrating character and consistent play throughout the tournament.

Doubles

In doubles, Fomin partnered with Spain’s Ignasi Forcano, and together they won the championship title. In the final, the Uzbek-Spanish duo confidently defeated the Chinese pair of Fai Jing Sun and Fnu Nidongjiangzhan 6-2, 6-4.

The ITF M25 Qian Dao Hu tournament (October 27-November 2, 2025, hard court, prize fund of $30,000) brought together the strongest athletes from China, Belarus, Spain, Japan, India, and Uzbekistan. Sergey Fomin’s performance was a vivid confirmation of the growing level of Uzbek tennis.
