Uzbekistan’s representative Laima Vladson got off to a successful start at the ITF W35 tournament in Antalya, Turkey.

In the first round match, the Uzbek tennis player secured a confident victory over Georgia’s Sofia Shapatava with a score of 6-4, 6-0.

Vladson controlled the match and gave her opponent no chance in the second set.

In the second round of the tournament, Laima will face Italy’s Jennifer Ruggieri.
