Five Uzbek Tennis Players Reach Roland Garros Junior Series Quarterfinals in Almaty

Four boys and one girl from Uzbekistan have advanced to the quarterfinals of the Roland Garros Junior Series by Renault qualifying event, held in Almaty from August 4 to 9, 2025. The tournament brings together the best U16 players from Central and West Asia and is organized under the auspices of the French Tennis Federation (FFT), the Asian Tennis Federation (ATF), and Renault Group.
The winners and medalists among boys and girls will qualify for the final, which will take place in Japan in October this year. This gives them a chance to directly reach the Roland Garros final in 2026 — the only Grand Slam played on clay courts.
